Delivery and delivery charges

Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.

We deliver to Australia only.

The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket.

*Free postage/shipping for orders over $200 applies to products weighing less than 5kg. Free postage/shipping does not apply to Seaperia Meal in 20 or 25kg bags, or pallet lots.

Domestic orders generally leave within 1 working day of payment being received. We do our best to ensure that orders are dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.

Orders are sent from one of our two Melbourne warehouses. 

Damaged or Lost Parcels - Australia Post

If your parcel is damaged or lost, please follow these steps:

  1. Immediate Contact: Email us immediately upon discovering the issue.
  2. Documentation: Include photos of the damage, ensuring the images show both the product and the packaging.

If your parcel is irretrievably damaged we will replace your product with the same product and will post it to you as soon as possible.

If you think your parcel is lost we will replace your product and will post it to you as soon as all avenues through Australia Post tracking have been investigated.
Sometimes Australia Post does have seasonal delays as well as other delays for no apparent reason! 
Please be patient - they do a very good job and well over 99% of parcels arrive in good time.
